Maritime Export & Packaging Standards

A. FIBC Jumbo Bags & Bulk

Optimized for moisture control and rapid port loading.

  • Jumbo Bags: 1–2 MT woven polypropylene with PE liner and 4 lifting loops.
  • Loose Bulk: Direct loading for large-volume carrier vessels.
  • Containerized: 20FT holding 20–27 MT. Requires plastic lining, moisture barrier, and dunnage.
  • Steel Drums: 200–250kg for specialty/high-value assay material.

B. Maritime Compliance

Mandatory certification for global maritime transit.

  • IMSBC Code Compliance: Strict adherence to bulk cargo codes.
  • TML Certificate: Transportable Moisture Limit verification.
  • Moisture & Radiation: Mandatory certificates ensuring safe handler environments and no liquefaction risk.

C. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Executed by BQCIS, SGS, BV, CCIC, or Intertek.

  • Assay Verification: Chemical composition, Moisture, and TML testing.
  • Physical Checks: Weight verification, sampling, and radiation screening.
  • Supervision: Container loading and final seal verification.

Export Documentation Requirements

Commercial Invoice • Packing List • Bill of Lading • Certificate of Origin • Certificate of Analysis (COA) • Moisture Certificate • TML Certificate • Weight Certificate • Inspection Certificate • Radiation Free Certificate • Fumigation Certificate.

Production & Chemical Processing

Mining and Beneficiation

1. Mining & Beneficiation

Raw ore is extracted via drill/blast methods, processed through primary jaw and secondary cone crushers (<20mm), and milled to 75–200 microns. Advanced flotation utilizes xanthate collectors, copper sulfate activators, and frothers to isolate zinc sulfide. Final thickening and vacuum drying drops moisture strictly below 8% for export.

Smelting Reactions

2. Downstream Smelting Reactions

Our concentrates are engineered for perfect downstream pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processing:

  • Roasting: 2ZnS + 3O2 → 2ZnO + 2SO2
  • Leaching: ZnO + H2SO4 → ZnSO4 + H2O
  • Electrolysis: Zn2+ + 2e → Zn
