1. Mining & Flotation

Raw hard-rock pegmatite is crushed and milled. Utilizing advanced dense media separation (DMS) and fatty-acid flotation, we isolate spodumene from gangue minerals. Thickeners and filter presses then drop the moisture below 5–7% to guarantee transport stability and premium assay valuation.

2. Chemical Conversion Reactions

Our concentrates drive the fundamental chemical conversion processes required by global battery producers:

  • Roasting: LiAlSi2O6 + H2SO4 → Li2SO4 + Al2O3 + SiO2
  • Carbonate (Li2CO3): Li2SO4 + Na2CO3 → Li2CO3 + Na2SO4
  • Hydroxide (LiOH): Li2CO3 + Ca(OH)2 → 2LiOH + CaCO3
