Raw monazite, bastnäsite, and xenotime ores are extracted and milled for fine mineral liberation. Advanced froth flotation, magnetic, and gravity separation circuits are deployed to dramatically increase the TREO concentration while managing silica and iron impurities before packaging.

2. Chemical Conversion Reactions

Our concentrates undergo sophisticated chemical pathways to isolate individual REEs (like Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb):

  • Acid Leaching: RE2O3 + 3H2SO4 → RE2(SO4)3 + 3H2O
  • Carbonate Formation: RE2(SO4)3 + 3Na2CO3 → RE2(CO3)3 + 3Na2SO4
  • Oxide Calcination: RE2(CO3)3 → RE2O3 + 3CO2
