Production & Chemical Processing
1. Mining & Beneficiation
Raw ore undergoes multi-stage crushing to <20mm, followed by ball/SAG milling to 75–200 microns. Our flotation beneficiation circuits utilize precision xanthate collectors, sodium cyanide (to depress zinc), and advanced frothers to isolate high-purity galena. Dewatering filters drop moisture to a strict ≤8% standard.
2. Downstream Smelting Reactions
Our concentrates are optimally engineered for standard two-stage pyrometallurgical processing:
- Roasting: 2PbS + 3O2 → 2PbO + 2SO2
- Reduction Smelting: PbO + C → Pb + CO
- Refining: Removing targeted Ag, Cu, Zn, As, and Sb impurities.
